Description

Used by Australia's finest watercolourist's Joseph Zbukvic & Greg Allen. White Toray fiber is one of the softest and typically used in watercolor. The round brush combines three diameters and three different lengths, achieving a perfect tip. It has a capacity to retain a large amount of paint.

Very happy with its shape, stiffness and holding capacity. However it's smaller than any other size 12 I've had and I would buy a larger size in future.

Love the sharp point of the Escoda and the slim light weight handle. I see all the great Australian painters using Escoda. The downside is they lose their point after many uses but still think they are value for money.

My Escoda brushes No 10, No 12 & No 16, give me the diversity of stroke range with each brush capable of wide pigment cover to absolute pin-point lines - All from a single brush. If these are good enough for Joseph Zbukvic and David Taylor, they will be valuable tools for the artist wanting the best. Amazing brushes. I am a better artist for my purchase.
