I have so far painted the edges as these panels will need to be framed. The Gallery that represents me prefers the frames that leave a small gap between the pointing and the frame. Each surface has at least one minor divot, observed when I opening the cellophane wrap, so I will need to plan around that in composing my paintings. I am curious as to the ease of painting, and look forward to trying the smooth surface.
