Senior Art will replace goods that arrive faulty or damaged.

For all other returns, customers must arrange and cover return postage costs.

Senior Art will refund the cost of normal postage for returns where Senior Art was at fault.

Change of Mind Returns

Senior Art will replace undamaged items within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is returned:

• In its original condition
  
• Including original packaging
  

Delivery and handling charges are not refundable for incorrect product choices. These items must be returned to the store at the customer's cost and risk.

Order online and collect your items from one of our convenient store locations in Melbourne, Malvern, and Frankston.

All Click & Collect orders containing in-stock items received before 2:00pm weekdays will normally be available for collection by 2:00pm the following day, if not sooner.

If you have not received confirmation that your order is ready, or you are in a hurry to collect, please contact us before arriving to ensure your order is available.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

Although we do not recommend leaving orders unattended when nobody is available to accept delivery, you may request Authority to Leave (ATL) for your order.

To request this service, add a note such as:

"Please leave order if not home"

in the order comments section during checkout.

By selecting Authority to Leave, Senior Art will not be able to provide further assistance if your order is lost or goes missing after the carrier has confirmed it has been delivered.

Flat rate, capped shipping, and free shipping promotions exclude certain bulky items, including but not limited to:
