I normally make my own accordion sketchbooks with mixed media paper. However this sketchbook is made with cold press watercolor paper. I wanted a sketchbook that would take more watercolor than mixed media. The sketchbook is not too big 8 pages on the front including the inside covers and six pages on the back. The black linen cover with elastic to hold the pages in place is perfect. The price is good considering the quality work that has been put into the construction of the sketchbook.
