SHIPPING POLICY

Senior Art Supplies ships most orders using our preferred freight partners, including Australia Post, CouriersPlease and other reputable carriers.

Some products may exceed the size, weight or handling limits of our standard shipping providers. This can include oversized items, bulky products, dangerous goods or other items requiring specialised transport. In these cases, we may use alternative freight providers such as Allied Express or another suitable carrier.

Where additional freight charges apply due to the size, weight or nature of the goods, we will obtain a shipping quote and contact you before dispatching your order. Your order will be processed and shipped once the additional freight charges have been accepted and payment arrangements have been made. If you choose not to proceed with the additional shipping costs, we can arrange to cancel and refund the affected item(s) in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.

We make every effort to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers. However, freight charges imposed by transport providers can vary and may increase over time. Senior Art Supplies regularly reviews its shipping arrangements and carrier partnerships to ensure we continue to offer reliable and cost-effective delivery services wherever possible.
