The colour YlnMn blue (14806) is based on the rare and expensive elements ytterium (Y), indium (In) and manganese (Mn). The modern shade was only discovered in 2009 and the production of the pigment is extremely complex. The highly brilliant watercolour is opaque and slightly more reddish in colour than ultramarine.
