Derivan Painting Knives have been developed in collaboration with Australian plastics design experts and professional artists for artists of all grades and painting styles.
These one-piece moulded plastic knives have been constructed using the latest proven plastic technologies. Extensive time researching the correct blend of plastics has achieved a superior "rebound action" in the blade allowing them to have unsurpassed spring and response when handling thick, heavy bodied paints (such as Matisse Structure Formula Acrylics and MM2 Impasto Medium), and delivering the feel of a metal knife with the benefits of plastic properties.

Free shipping excludes bulky items and dangerous goods, which may incur additional shipping charges.
Bulky Items
Some large or oversized products require specialist or freight shipping and are excluded from our standard free-shipping offer. Examples include large easels, canvases and other oversized items.

Dangerous Goods
Certain art materials are classified as dangerous goods and have restrictions on how they can be transported. Flammable products, such as turpentine and many solvents, cannot be transported by air and may therefore require road freight.
