What a vibrant colour by itself or used as a clear wash giving a lift to a watercolour that has gone a little dull

I hadn't tried Art Spectrum watercolour, but when I saw the Australian Red Gold, I thought I'd get a tube just to see what it was like. A beautiful, rich colour when used at full strength, it tints out to a lovely glowing gold. I have since ordered a few more of their Australian-specific colours.
