Ampersand Claybord is a premium archival hardboard panel coated with a smooth, ultra-fine kaolin clay surface, making it ideal for detailed illustration and fine art techniques. Its absorbent, velvety finish provides exceptional control and allows artists to create crisp lines, intricate textures, and subtle tonal effects.

Perfect for ink, scratchboard techniques, airbrush, acrylics, coloured pencil, graphite, and mixed media, Claybord can also be scratched or etched to reveal fine highlights and intricate details.
