The Neef 95 series is the best brush for acrylic painting with resilient stiff bristles that snap straight back into shape. We have a lot of oil painters who will only use this 95 series brush and, like all Neef brushes, if cleaned and stored correctly this brush will give years of painting pleasure.

Strong bristles, thicker than other synthetic brushes. Bristles are long and quite stiff, can leave an impression from the end (tip) because it is stiffer, but overall a beautiful brush, if not a little expensive.

I like using these brushes for oil painting because they hold there shape longer and the oil flows easily from them. They are great for straight, thin lines. They don't fluff up like others do.
