I love this Baohong cold-pressed paper. It handles beautifully with a nice texture and is very forgiving. and is also great value.
Great paper for drush brushing and stays wet for ages. Somewhere between Fabriano Artistico and Saunders. I have had success with this paper
This watercolour paper is fantastic, it holds lots of water & enables the pigment to flow beautifully! I will buy again
Good quality product at a reasonable price. Will order more of this product.
I really liked this paper , especially for landscapes , It is rough which gives a great texture and held up very well to many layers of paint , definately will be using in the future thankyou
This paper compares favourably to other high quality watercolour papers. The pricing is more affordable than Arches, for instance. However, be careful with sizing - the pack I bought is not a standard A3 and thus doesn't fit my frames (this is my fault for not checking the measurements
After trying the smooth Baohong paper, I think I prefer the cold pressed, however the smooth will suit me for ink and wash and lighter watercolours. Very happy with Baohong paper overall.
very happy with the product and deliver fast and fuss free
Really lovely paper to work with watercolour paints
Love this paper! Loved the customer service and prompt delivery! Thank you!
Love using this paper. It produces a lovely result.
Lovely paper to paint on and reasonably priced. It does dry rather quickly during wet in wet application, but I’m not sure if that’s the paper or the environment I’m painting in. All in all, I do recommend this, especially for beginners like myself, who don’t want to spend a small fortune on paper just yet.
A beautiful paper to work with. I highly recommend this paper for water colour. Top marks ???? will buy this again.
First time using Baohong rough paper. Used two sheets one for landscape one for flowers, very happy with results.
Beautiful paper to work on. I don’t buy anything else anymore. I love the convenient packs too. Top stuff.
Good paper for learning watercolour found it too be quite rough would perhaps buy medium next time
Boahong paper is now my go to watercolor paper and I recommend it to all of my students as the best paper for a great price. The rough is extra rough which I love as well as the Cold Pressed paper. I dont use a lot of smooth paper but when I do it will be Boahong. I just wish they did this quality in sketchbooks as well. They do the academy however I prefer the Masters Choice
This paper is amazing. So good to work with. Definitely recommended.
This paper is excellent value and I like that it is already cut into the perfect size. The service provided by Senior Art was very efficient and fast. Will be buying this product from them again
This is really great paper for the price! Comparable with Arches rough in my opinion!
I have not used this paper yet it is for a workshop we are having next week! I have used other baohong paper and found it good.
I made an assumption about the sizes I was ordering - all because I didn't check the measurements supplied - so I got a lot more yhan I thought - you might say a nice surprise. It looks great but I have not used it yet as I am concentrating on working on some unfinished projects - the only reason I gave it 4 stars!
Best paper I've used. I've used some others but none of them compare to this paper.
I have used the paper for gaouche and find it a nice surface to paint on
I’m loving this paper! This time I’m trying the smooth hot pressed, the paints granulate beautifully on the paper, very happy!
Love this paper. Works as well as Arches but at a much cheaper price.
My painting teacher recommended the rough, which I love, and I think this is my obvious next step. It feels good to touch, lovely paper.
It's good weight and well sized paper. It has the advantage of clean edges and no obtrusive watermark like Arches. I also like the rough texture and more reasonable price. The only downside is the rough surface is not repeated on the back if you do want to reuse the sheet. I mainly use quarter sheets and some may prefer the flexibility of whole sheets.
Recommended by my watercolour teacher, so I just bought it. Her standards are exceedingly high so if she loves it, I love it! And surprise, surprise, I do!! ( and love the price as well.
