Free shipping excludes bulky items and dangerous goods, which may incur additional shipping charges.
Bulky Items
Some large or oversized products require specialist or freight shipping and are excluded from our standard free-shipping offer. Examples include large easels, canvases and other oversized items.
If additional shipping charges apply, we will contact you after your order has been placed.
Dangerous Goods
Certain art materials are classified as dangerous goods and have restrictions on how they can be transported. Flammable products, such as turpentine and many solvents, cannot be transported by air and may therefore require road freight.
This can result in additional shipping charges or longer delivery times, particularly for orders being sent to remote areas or interstate locations.
If your order contains dangerous goods or bulky items, we will contact you if any additional shipping costs or delivery arrangements are required.
