Bulky Items
Some large or oversized products require specialist or freight shipping and are excluded from our standard free-shipping offer. Examples includeย large easels, canvases and other oversized items.

Dangerous Goods
Certain art materials are classified asย dangerous goodsย and have restrictions on how they can be transported. Flammable products, such asย turpentine and many solvents, cannot be transported by air and may therefore require road freight.
This can result in additional shipping charges or longer delivery times, particularly for orders being sent toย remote areas or interstate locations.
If your order contains dangerous goods or bulky items, we will contact you if any additional shipping costs or delivery arrangements are required.
