Been a tutor, I order these pads for my student as the paper is excellent to work with, and love them too

love the Baohong paper - it takes the watercolour so beautifully. Excellent service as always!

This paper is beautifully made and the block is solid and well presented. I find the Baohong Rough to be "rougher" than the Arches Rough that I am used to. I am still undecided as to whether I like that or not . Time will tell. The gum that holds the Baohong block together is strong and one has to very careful when removing a completed piece - (if you work with paper on the block). It is best to wait for the piece to be 100% dry before removing it from the block.
