I found straight away what I was after on the website, it was pretty easy because I knew exactly what I wanted so I was able to be very specific in typing the product's name.The delivery was quickly and came in well wrapped and in pretty good condition which I was very pleased. Always very satisfied with Seniors service but last order of watercolours, 2 Daniel Smith plus 1 supposed to be Michael Harding, raw umber. Instead it was Daniel Smith, raw umber no explanation. Presumably supply issue. The colour not comparable and very disappointing. Preference would have been Art Spectrum raw umber. Better communication please.Review date 17.03.2025

This online art store has overtaken all the others I have used and now I only order from them. Wide range of watercolour - which is often on special - always in stock; prompt despatch and best of all....when you ring them you get to talk to an actual person who is across the business and clearly cares about your order and experience.
