I've tried quite a few of the "top" brand watercolour papers and find the Baohong "The Masters Choice" to be up there with the best if not better, its very robust paper and can take a lot also doesn't pill when lifting off or tear when pulling off masking tape .
One thing I do like is I can choose which side of the paper I want to work on , for finer work I use the reverse side it has a finer grain.
