Rich, deep red-violet in mass tone, and when mixed with white a vivid violet pink, Quinacridone Magenta is transparent and like all Quinacridones is vibrant and mixes very cleanly. Cooler than Quinacridone Pink.

This is a rosy beautiful paint tube from Daniel Smith Oil Paints. I would place it between Alizarin Crimson and Quinacridine Red and leaning towards violet.
