This is the second lot of crystals I have bought from you and this recent lot you were out of usual stock and supplied an alternative which I was happy to do. However the first lot was very clean large lumps and I was very happy with it but the Langridge alternative was quite the opposite, a lot of grit and impuritites are evident including bits of wood. A far inferior product to your usual product which I would highly recommend.
