I recently went to a John Lovett workshop with my small metal urban sketching palette. He said I needed something bigger. After doing some research I decided on Staywet 2 by Neef. It is bigger than my small palette but not too big. I love it ...now I have room for washes. I have only worked with it in my studio but I can see taking it outside when I go watercolour sketching, Great palette, not expensive and well made.
