Description

Gatorboard is lightweight, durable and great for stretching watercolour paper. It has a very rigid poly surface which is resistant to moisture, unlike foam board which is foam covered with lightweight paper stock. Gatorboard is an extruded polystyrene foam encased between layers of a melamine and wood fibre veneer. Available in Half or Quarter sheet size.

I needed this for stretching watercolour paper. Haven't used it yet, but I'm sure it won't disapoint.

Gatorboard is great for stretching watercolor paper and when painting also great to leave an unfinished painting until you can get back to finish
