Faber Castell pastel pencils are medium-soft pencils highly pigmented and easily blendable. They can sharp at the point if you have the right sharpener or you sharp them with a sharpening knife, which is the best option. They are very suitable for details but the saturation is not as good as Carbothello pastel pencils. However, they produce a little bit less dust.
