Beautifully sized brush, this Da Vinci Maestro No. 3 is perfect for detail on smaller work. The hair length provides some control, with beautiful spring and an exceptionally fine naturally forming point. The belly holds the right amount of water to deliver smooth marks without flooding the work.

These da Vinci brushes are pure pleasure to work with. The difference between a pure sable brush and a synthetic brush is immense. The fine point gets into tiny spaces with ease and the fat body holds a lot of water and pigment and pressures out to a very large mark. I would never buy anything else.
