Perfect size to take for travelling. Elastic band keeps the pages together after paint has dried, and also compresses them. The pages are sturdy and thick and can take a good amount of water/paint. Love the soft red cover.

Lovely little sketchbook - paper is quite textured but accepts paint beautifully without buckling. Perfect for watercolour and line and wash. Tape also removes easily without tearing.
