I like the brushes in the series. I find with other flat brushes, both natural and synthetic, the hairs tend to separate in sections along the tip. Though this can be used to the painters advantage , say when painting leaves or grass, if you need a more consistent edge for a cleaner stroke, I think this brush may perform a little better.
