He then paints the beachfront at St Kilda in Melbourne, the industrial dockland area with its cranes and boats and a view of Williamstown.

Fantastic dvd. Cannot have Herman Pekel over here in WA for the PADU plein air festival . I was booked into Herman’s workshop and because this is cancelled due to COVID-19 then I treated myself to his dvd. Very informative and looking fwd to trying my own interpretation in oils en plein air. Prompt delivery and well packaged order. Very happy customer.
