Bought 2 tubes and I found it very difficult to get out of the tube.Tried both tubes and both the same.

We rarely have customers complain about the quality of Matisse paints so I contacted the manufacturer. They have come back to me and told me that yes indeed this batch seems to be somewhat thicker than normal. They did say that it is perfectly fine and useable but they would happily replace it with a new batch.

So please feel free to use what you have and we will arrange another one to be sent free from the manufacturer
