POSH table top palette Glass Grey 9"x12"

I prefer using a glass palette rather than disposable palettes and it cleans up easily from oil paints. I'm not used to the grey colour yet. So far I like having the mid colour background but it can make similar mid values more difficult to discern while they're on the palette. It's a matter of personal taste whether to get the grey, white or clear.
