This product was delivered in a timely manner... however it proved to be faulty, and I returned it with a request for something else. I used overnight post for my return, and Seniors had my replacement in the post that same day.... I cannot fault the service I continue to get from this company, even though I am far out of State! .. I now await for the new shipment of Joseph's DVDs.
