Neef Goat Hake 1290 are superb brushes for watercolour washes and blending, the excellent construction and quality of this brush lets you get coverage down in no time.

Soft white goat hair will pick up delicate colors and lay them down in a uniform, even fashion. Unlike other soft hair brushes, the Hake brush performs better due to the "actual" length of its hair. Hair is stitch-tied into the handle, holding it securely in the brush. Most importantly, the long hair can hold a huge volume of color for magical results. The handle is unlacquered to prevent chipping or cracking when soaking in water.
