I was debating between the Gamvar Satin and Gloss. I ended up going the gloss and am glad I did as I like the way it brings the colours out but is not overly glossy. Gamblin has good videos for comparison and I like that the painting only has to be touch dry to varnish rather than waiting 6 to 12 months.
