General Pencil Company believe in quality, tradition, value, and the fun of creating. They take pride in handcrafting quality pencils and artist materials using traditional methods passed down for six generations. Still family owned and operated, their goal is to create consistent, quality products in a sustainable manner for artists of all levels.
The white can be worked over the black to help produce a variety of shading, highlighting and general sketching techniques. All General Pencils are pre-sharpened and have smooth cedar casings.

Bulky Items
Some large or oversized products require specialist or freight shipping and are excluded from our standard free-shipping offer. Examples include large easels, canvases and other oversized items.

Dangerous Goods
Certain art materials are classified as dangerous goods and have restrictions on how they can be transported. Flammable products, such as turpentine and many solvents, cannot be transported by air and may therefore require road freight.
This can result in additional shipping charges or longer delivery times, particularly for orders being sent to remote areas or interstate locations.
