What it does
- Extends the open time of your colour/medium by 40% so it is blendable and workable for longer
- Maintains the same level of transparency
- Lowers viscosity
- Ideal for dry and hot climates
How to use it
- Fully intermixable with all Liquitex products
- Start by adding up to 25% of Slow-Dri to your colour/medium
- Stir slowly to mix well, and use
- If you're working over a long period of time, mix into colour on the palette to keep it fresh and skin-free for longer
How not to use it
- As this is an additive – with no acrylic binders - do not add more than 25% to your colour/medium and do not mix with other additives. This can cause the acrylic film to break down, leaving it sticky and prone to shrinkage
- Do not use with any non-acrylic media
