I called to report my order was incorrect, was told that you double check orders. Clearly not. Then I was flippantly told you are only human. Really? Just wanted it fixed, and maybe an apology. Then told a return postal address sticker was coming, to just return it. My question is; Who pays for the large envelope needed? Senior Art has slipped.
