An easily missed required field (Mr. Mrs. etc) at the top of the online order page was frustrating and apparently a common problem with your online orders ...that obviously needs remedying... but I was pleased it was resolved quickly by phoning attentive staff.The ferrule of the brush had been bent but was re-bendable. Probably Aus Post!

Always impressed with the Quality of supplies, service, knowledge and feeling so welcome in my local BULLEEN store. The online service couldn’t be better. Text messages and emails to tell me my order was ready for collection. Highly recommended.Review date 31.10.2020

My last purchase was a click and collect. When I opened the order at home there were items missing and I had to return to the store to retrieve them. The staff member had the items ready for me and apologised for the mistake. A minor inconvenience.Review date 31.10.2020
