My paper hasn't arrived yet but I know that is because of present conditions and that WA is now a lot further away than before! Nothing anyone can do about it.I have based my rating on past transactions which have always been excellent.

I have experienced excellent customer service. Products are great. Website could improve with a visual sizing of brushes (could be very competitive compared to other art shops) the Robert Wade brush visual scale is very helpful for example. Prices are on the expensive side even with special discounts. Was a little disappointed re the lack of stock.
