I received the pastel pencils I ordered online very quickly. I ordered them on Sunday and received them on Tuesday. The price was excellent compared to other sites and a lot cheaper than the art shop I have here in Sunbury.

Communication from Senior Art Supplies was excellent especially when they had to get my easel from another of their stores. Knowing this I was very pleasantly surprised when it arrived a few days earlier than I expected. Freighted to Tasmania usually adds extra time to shipping. Thanks so much.

Once the brushes finally got to the u.s. I had to have it forwarded so it took a about a month from order to receipt. But, they are what I expected and are great.

It’s unfair to have to answer about the shop or store because I didn’t see a store.

Very happy with the service I receive from Senior Art. Orders arrive in a timely fashion and they will quickly contact you if there are any issues. My most recent order had an item which wasn't in immediate stock for shipping and they contacted me giving me the option to wait, exchange or refund. Great service.
