I accidentally ordered a small tube of paint. I then ordered a 15ml size instead & deleted sm. tube ,waited until it had disappeared from screen .It remained in the order.I sent an email straight away & Bec graciously replaced it with another colour of my choice.I think the store deserves five ++ for service.Please don't print my review.Thank YouReview date 02.12.2019

Couldn't use a voucher on line as I had won it in a competition. I had to visit one of your stores to redeem.I can't see any reason why you couldn't redeem online the same as a gift voucher.
Very appreciative of the prize voucher though, thank you Mr. Senior.
