Great site with efficient service. Products are always well packaged for shipping across the country.When I visited your Melbourne store earlier this year I was very impressed by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. The stock was great and well displayed.

I tried to go back to my order after it was finished to add to it as i had forgotten an item, but i couldn't. I would have to make a new order. Love the canvas both the 8 and 10 oz have a real tooth about them The canvas has been well prepared as they don't absorb the paint losing brightness All in all a good product for Artists both oil and acrylicReview date 03.07.2019

Pros: Reliable, consistent. One of my watercolour tubes was incorrect, a simple phone call and brilliant service from Bec had the right tube posted out. Very good range as always, and although it’s been years since I’ve been in-store, my visits were a delight. Cons: Pricey, and could have a few more sales and loyalty promos. I didn't realise the watercolour block I bought had beige paper instead of white. It's not a huge problem, I just have to change my plans when it comes to doing paintings and probably won't use it as much as I had planned.Review date 03.07.2019
