Although I did have an issue with one item, your reply and fixing the problem was immediate.Just as a feedback note, a while ago you sent me a voucher for a 4% discount on the next order, I found this to be an insult and you would be far better to give dot samples or free shipping etc or a proper discount or nothing at all than 4%.
