I purchased a gift voucher however, after payment, it was not clear how the voucher would be available. After sending an email I was then provided with the voucher. It was not a smooth process at all and think it could be improved.Review date 24.09.2017

One of the items I purchased was a watercolour brush. It had a plastic tube protector and several of the hairs were pushed back. I would hope mail order brushes would be checked for imperfections before posting as they are not cheap. If I was selecting a brush for someone I would choose one without bent hairs.
