Wonderful site and extremely helpful over the phone communication. The only small issue I had was I was told my order would come in 3 days. When it didn't I rang and was told 1 item was being brought in from another store.I said I would wait and it arrived a few days later all intact and beautifully packed.Review date 15.11.2017

Bit confused with shipping costs. I may have misread but I thought if I ordered up to $149 for example, shipping was free. Bit disappointed, but otherwise communication excellent.Review date 15.11.2017

Efficient service. Always specials on. Great variety of paint brands. Could have more brands to choose from in canvases and also a greater variety of watercolour palettes (without paint). Also greater choice of art books.Review date 15.11.2017
