The hair of both the pen is damaged. I think you should make better package to protect the pen. It is a gift for my friend, such a pity the pen is not perfect.

Can't find the linen panels on website. If they were sold under boards that would be good
I'm also not liking the clearance table at Frankston. Some of the stuff on there is not good quality and the prices aren't very clear
The staff who work on Saturdays are very good. The student discount is very helpful

Your website listed a product that you didn't have and couldn't get soon, which happened to be paper that I badly needed. I was very disappointed to get an email from staff telling me it wasn't available. I had to go to another art store for this paper and your staff had to process a large refund for me.
