The order it self is fabulous, fast delivery, well packed, excellent products. You prices are excellent. I will definately be ordering from you in the future.

My only issue is no one has answered my email, asking if the pan pastels would be available for purchase for Christmas. I have since purchased elsewhere.

I recently purchased some pastel paper online. It arrived in excellent time (I live in the country). The only downside was that I ordered 'Mi-Teinte Tex' paper and received 'Art Spectrum Colourfix' paper. These are similar papers, but I prefer the 'Tex'. It is a larger size. I am too far away to exchange or return, so I will use what was sent
