I have always found Senior Art Supplies service fantastic, however on this occasion as I hadn't received my order in over a week, I had to cancel my order. I was really disappointed in the attitude of the staff member I spoke to as she put the delay down to them moving and the sale. Not happy as the order was for a workshop I was attending.

I was really pleased to find an online sale on the watercolours I was looking for. The website was easy to use and I was so happy you offer a "click-and-collect" option. I received good communication about my order and it was really easy to collect from the Melbourne CBD store. Very happy, will definitely shop here again.

Every staff member I have spoken to has been courteous and helpful and every query solved satisfactorily.

Packing, dispatch and delivery times are fantastic.

Some prices are high but that may be a result of exchange rates etc on imported products.

Bloody well done !
