Product arrived on time and as described. However, the postage, whether or not it is a flat fee, should be shown up front at the time of shopping, not at the time of paying for the items. Otherwise, the prices described are deceptive and misleading.

Confusion on the "confirmed email " of purchase. Would help to mention: until we receive "the telephone call" that's the real confirmation. Would save unnecessary trip to store.
