Great products with wide a selection to chose from.
The low score for shipping is given because of the lengthy time - 2 weeks to arrive. The order was just left on the porch, as requested if 'not home'. I was home!

I order all the time and it's usually prompt and professional and I get my order quick but due to website requiring update such as I ordered unison 36 PK pastels it didn't say out of stock so I ordered it has taken nearly a month to get a made set in store, which was great and the new pastelbord you didn't get asked colour choices? But happy now ta

Always great service from people who know their products in the Frankston Store. Couldn't say anything about the Malvern store as I haven't been there in years.
No complaints at all! And I do like the new location ..parking and access is alot better!
