What I miss is product details. I always have to go to other supplier's websites to get the details first, before returning to Senior Art to place an order. I like the wide range of products you offer but am unhappy that you don't ship heavier goods to New Zealand. You have a fantastic customer service in the form of Ashlea.Review date 10.12.2016

Thankyou for complementing the chosen palette of Lukas pastels.[I found the names of colours strange viz. Cad Orange 829 is yellow and Leaf Green 966 is ochre.]

Excellent service even when I discovered I had ordered one of my items incorrectly. On calling seniors art supplies it was quickly deleted from my order and the money refunded the same day.I did have difficulty finding a couple of products on the website but the staff were very helpful.
