Every online purchase I've made has been processed promptly, the products and prices are good, and normally the shipping is fairly prompt. This time my express post package has still not arrived and it's been 5 days. It will not be delivered until at least Monday (one week after purchase). I wouldn't mind if I hadn't paid the express post pricing.Review date 15.10.2016

I purchased a large order of art paper online, then realised I had forgotten to add an item. So I rang the store and they were very helpful and added that product to my first order so I didn't have to pay for postage again. The papers were packed securely and arrived in perfect condition. I can't accurately rate Shipping as I don't know whether or not the item ordered has been delivered, but the cost seemed reasonable as the item would be quite heavy. I'm very impressed with the fast processing and delivery of my order, and particularly the attention to very secure packaging, as the Arches watercolour block I ordered needs great care when handled through the post.
