I am always pleased with the speed and efficiency of your service, but for small items your shipping price is very high. I live in rural NSW so getting quality art supplies is hard but the shipping almost put me off. I spent over $50 on paint brushes and the an extra $15 to get them sent to me, considering how light and small they are.

Every online purchase I've made has been processed promptly, the products and prices are good, and normally the shipping is fairly prompt. This time my express post package has still not arrived and it's been 5 days. It will not be delivered until at least Monday (one week after purchase). I wouldn't mind if I hadn't paid the express post pricing.

I purchased a large order of art paper online, then realised I had forgotten to add an item. So I rang the store and they were very helpful and added that product to my first order so I didn't have to pay for postage again. The papers were packed securely and arrived in perfect condition. Will order from Senior Art Supplies again.
