I order all the time and it's usually prompt and professional and I get my order quick but due to website requiring update such as I ordered unison 36 PK pastels it didn't say out of stock so I ordered it has taken nearly a month to get a made set in store, which was great and the new pastelbord you didn't get asked colour choices? But happy now ta

Always great service from people who know their products in the Frankston Store. Couldn't say anything about the Malvern store as I haven't been there in years.
No complaints at all! And I do like the new location ..parking and access is alot better!

For a small order (a few paint tubes) I would have liked the option of a slower and lower priced delivery ($14+ when my order was around $100 and not urgent almost made me rethink my order)
