Bought a gift voucher online and had to insist on receiving it via email straight after payment.Was initially told the person who emails the vouchers may have gone home.
This defeats the purpose of online service.
Should be an automated function.Company needs to work on this.Even this comment box restricts me on writing all I needed to write ..

I love purchasing online from Senior Art. This week the specials were too great to pass up especially the free shipping. The service was very prompt in letting me know when my purchase was dispatched and I could track them. However delivery was next day, excellent. The website is great. I do have a problem enlarging the graphics.
